There are currently 33 listings under contract, meaning they have an accepted offer and are heading to closing.  They range in price from $135,000 – 650,000.  The average asking price is $370,207 and the median asking price is $357,000.

At this time there is about a three-month supply of homes on the market – or at least that’s how these numbers appear, but with seasonal adjustments, I’d call it five.  National statistics indicate that a six-month supply of homes is an indicator of a balanced market.
